This following movie clip demonstrates ion ratio images from an experiment using Fura2 dye on CFT/43 tracheal epithelial cells conducted by Dr. Robert Harris at the University of British Columbia. Our OEM CCD camera, fluorescent filter wheel and ion application software were an integral part of this experiment. The original cell line was cultured by Dr. A. M. Jetten. The ion application software works with an OLE link to Northern Eclipse with support for integration or cooled digital CCD cameras, filter wheels, shutters, TTL pulses and transmitted light microscope control. |
